Flexfit Hats
Custom embroidered Flexfit hats are a popular and cost-effective choice for
advertising, corporate events, thank yous, and incentives.
Flexfit is a tradename that has become a generic description of a hat that
mimics a traditional fitted hat by incorporating a flexible band at the bottom,
eliminating the typical closure on the back.
The custom embroidery is usually placed on the front of the hat and
cannot exceed 2.25" in height.
On most hats, we can embroider either side at the same time as the front.
Another popular placement for much smaller custom embroidery is on the back of
the hat.
A custom embroidery design is usually designed from one of the following
sources:

All Prices Include Embroidery
We produce all three kinds of custom embroidery in our factory and the prices
listed on all products include custom embroidery and digitizing of your design
when you purchase at least 12
(up to 10,000 stitches).
No setup or digitizing fees. Our prices are clearly published so you don't
have to request a quote.
Everything is done in-house by our experienced staff. We control the
entire process from digitizing to packaging so we can deliver the highest
quality product to you.
