Embroidered Caps
Custom embroidered caps are a popular and cost-effective choice for advertising,
corporate events, thank yous, and incentives. Custom embroidered
caps are available in styles such as adjustable, bucket, fitted, and
Flexfit to name a few. The custom embroidery is usually placed on the
front of the cap and cannot exceed 2.25" in height.
On most caps, the sides of the caps can be embroidered along with the normal
front area. Another popular placement for much smaller custom embroidery is on
the back of the cap.
A custom embroidery design is usually designed from one of the following
sources:

We produce all three kinds of custom embroidery in our factory and the prices
listed on all products include custom embroidery and digitizing of your design
when you purchase at least 12
(up to 10,000 stitches).
No setup or digitizing fees. Our prices are clearly published so you don't
have to request a quote.
Everything is done in-house by our experienced staff. We control the
entire process from digitizing to packaging so we can deliver the highest
quality product to you.
