Multiple Embroidery Locations
All our prices include embroidery in one location up to 10,000
stitches. Addtional locations of embroidery can be added at extra
cost. For example you may want to add your website address to the sleeve
of your shirt of the back of your cap.

An exception is headwear, where we can embroider the sides as well as the front
at the same time. So there's no additional charge for embroidering the
sides of headwear, although Excess Stitch charges may apply.
Prices listed include up to 10,000 stitches. Most designs for are
considerably less than 10,000 stitches. There is an additional charge
when your design requires more than 10,000 stitches. See the table to the right
for these charges.

Stitch Count Estimate
When you upload a graphic, we will respond with an overall assessment and
an initial stitch count estimate. When you place an order, if your graphic
is estimated to be more than 10,000 stitches, we will include an line charge
based on the estimate. After you have approved your design, the line
charge will be adjusted to reflect the actual stitch count of your design.
Excess Stitch Charges
The following extra charges apply per item when your design exceeds 10,000
stitches:

Grandfathered Designs
Existing designs approved and cataloged before October 1, 2004 will be
grandfathered with respect to excess stitches until January 1, 2006. In
other words, if you have an existing design that is larger than 10,000 stitches
and has been assigned a design number less than 10000, you will not have to pay
a surcharge until 01/01/06.
