Don't need 12

Our prices are based on a minimum quantity of 12 items, all using the same logo.  This minimum allows us absorb the cost of digitizing and proofing your logo, which can require several hours of digitizing and proofing time.

$150 setup fee

Should you need fewer than 12 pieces of embroidery and cost is not an overriding issue, we can waive the normal 12-piece minimum by adding a setup fee of $150.00 to the unit price for the items at the price for quantity 12-23.  Should you decide at a later date to order the minimum of 12, your setup fee will be credited to you on that order.

Can I mix items and styles?

You may mix items and styles to meet the minimum quantity of 12, but there is a minimum of 4 per style per color.  Headwear cannot be combined with other items for quantity pricing.

Embroidered samples

When you place an order, we will provide a proof for your approval prior to embroidering your order.  If you wish to see an embroidered sample prior to placing an order, the $150.00 setup fee will apply.  However, when you place an order using the same design that meets the minimum quantity requirement, your setup fee will be credited to you on that order.
