Embroidery Placement
The height of headwear embroidery is limited to about 2.25" for most caps and
hats, except for visors, which may be limited to heights as small as
1.50". Most headwear can be embroidered on the sides and on the
back. Embroidery on the back of a cap requires a separate operation and
entails an
additional charge
for a second location.
Special Considerations
Because headwear is embroidered on a special fixture, it requires a setup
separate from other items. For this reason, headwear
cannot be combined with other items for quantity pricing.
Also, a design for items other than headwear usually calls for a different
sized design. If you order headwear plus other items, we will generally
prepare two (2) designs - one for the headwear and another from the other
items.
